Tradition for over a century
Frosini Lorenzo, a young 22-year-old farmer who wanted to do business in the countryside, facing hard but genuine work in the fields. Despite the young age it can, however, boast a tradition descending from over three generations of farmers and shepherds. The Azienda Agricola Frosini Lorenzo, located in Val D \ u2019Aniene between the Ruffi and Simbruini mountains (Castel Madama, RM) is a very young reality born in 2016, it represents the rebirth and at the same time the continuation of the work
a century ago. Today, in the third year of conversion to organic, pursuing an ambitious triple objective: that of the production of food excellence through a sustainable model, that of the recovery of abandoned crops and that of custody, with registration in the Conservation Network and Safety, of some tree species registered in the Regional Voluntary Register of autochthonous genetic resources of agricultural interest at risk of erosion, such as olive trees such as Rosciola nostrana and fruits Spadona di Castel Madama pear and Coscia di Monaca plum tree, moreover, through the planting, of the u2019Azzeruolo Red. In an area where activity is not simple, due to the orographic and morphological composition, where the presence of diffused rocks does not always allow the use of mechanical equipment
and accentuated acclivity is the main obstacle. most of the farm lands are grown in olive growing of different varieties with the consequent multiplicity of flavors and aromas. On some lands, a rotation of horticultural production and hempiculture is practiced, and on others, fruit production such as pears, apples, plums and hazelnuts which are transformed into jams, with craftsmanship, by specialized laboratories.
JAMS AND PROCESSED
Our products are composed only of fruit of the best quality \ u00 e0 carefully collected, washed and selected by hand. The concentration takes place under vacuum in a plant designed for artisanal production respecting the procedures aimed at guaranteeing the healthiness of the products. The process maintains the organoleptic properties unaltered, preserving color, aroma and flavor.
Our production trend aims at a fresh oil with many scents, for this we carry out an early harvest to have a greenish final product, because this is the color of the not yet ripe fruit, usually an oil green gives greater guarantees of quality; the oil has better organoleptic characteristics when the olive is pressed and before it reaches maturity.
Cannabis (or hemp) is a flowering plant of the Cannabaceae family. The differentiation between hemp and marijuana it has a completely arbitrary origin that was introduced in the US at the dawn of prohibition, starting from the 1930s, when the industry lobbies and the media began to build the criminalization of the plant and therefore the foundations of prohibition.
